These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of littlemindsbigfutures.com (the "Site") and the tutoring services offered by Little Minds Big Futures LLC ("we," "us," "our"). By using the Site or our services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

Our services

We provide early childhood tutoring in reading, phonics, writing, and early math for children ages 3–8 in Williamson County, Tennessee, and online. Specific services, scheduling, and fees are arranged directly with each family and governed by a separate tutoring services agreement.

No guarantee of results

We deliver professional, evidence-based instruction in good faith. Academic progress depends on many factors outside our control, and we make no guarantee of specific outcomes, grades, scores, or timelines.

Use of the Site

You agree to use the Site lawfully and not to misuse it, attempt to disrupt it, or use it to harm others. Information on the Site is for general informational purposes and is not professional, medical, or legal advice.

Communications & text messaging

By submitting your information or opting in, you consent to be contacted by phone, email, or text message about your inquiry and our services, as described in our Privacy Policy.
